General Information

Campers are initially grouped according to age and experience level. Requests to be with friends, if in appropriate age groups, are always honored. Campers demonstrating the need for a more challenging curriculum may be offered the option of moving to a different group. Campers should bring a hearty lunch and snack, sunscreen, and a water bottle. (Water is always available for refills at the camp site.) Wear cleats, shinguards, and long socks (not required but highly recommended). Prepare for the upcoming season by training as a unit with our staff. Available by request throughout the summer. Team discount of 10% for ten or more teammates.

Half-Day Camps

5- and 6-year-old players may attend our full-day summer sessions. In addition, we offer a half-day option (9 am - noon) for this age group. Half-day campers do not stay for lunch.  Please call our office and leave us your e-mail address or fax number, and we will send you a registration form for the half-day option.

Swimming

  • Swimming is available at Mill Valley sites.  ALL registration for swimming is done at camp, not in advance. Pool is closed August 19-23, 2013.
  • Swimming is an optional activity in the Mill Valley camps. For an additional one-time flat fee ($10), payable on-site on Monday of each camp, campers can go swimming in the afternoon.   Note:  swimming not available August 19-23.
  • Typically we swim from 1 – 2 pm on Wednesday and Friday.  Indoor pool is adjacent to field.
  • Permission slips and payment must be submitted before a child is allowed to go swimming. There are lifeguards; they review the rules with the kids on the first day. Several coaches also go swimming. (Usually about 1/2 to 2/3 of the kids are able to and want to swim.)

Lunches

LUNCHES from Lucinda's or Chipotle (depending on camp site) may be purchased each day when you check in. We have menu-and-order forms at the registration table. We do not take lunch orders before Monday morning of camp. You can order each day, for the whole week, or for any number of days. Lunches are ordered by 10 AM each morning; if you arrive later than that to camp, please bring a bag lunch. Drinks are not available for purchase.

Refund Policy

There is a $50 per child administrative charge for all refunds. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing by email or mail. To receive a refund of camp fees, minus the $50 administrative fee, the request for a refund must be received by 5 PM the Friday prior to the beginning of the camp session for which the child is registered. All other refunds will be in the form of a credit voucher (with no expiration date) which may be used for any of our programs. You must have this voucher (hard copy, original only) to use credit; please email or call to obtain one.
