Both Marin and SF programs: Fall 2012 age groups carry over to WISL 2013.

RETURNING COACHES: REGISTER AS COACH FIRST AND THEN REGISTER YOUR CHILD; DO NOT USE YOUR CHILD'S USERNAME & PASSWORD TO REGISTER THE TEAM. Contact our office if you need coach's username & password.

NEW COACHES: REGISTER AS COACH FIRST AND THEN REGISTER YOUR CHILD; A USERNAME & PASSWORD WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU.

REGISTRATION

You can register as a confirmed team member, or as an individual. Individuals will be placed on a team.

FEE: $170 per player ($tba for SF program), by Dec. 7, 2012 (tba 2012 for SF).
No sibling discount. After Dec. 7th (Jan. 5 for SF), a late fee of $25 per player is applied. Late registrations will be accepted until Dec. 14, 2012 (tba, 2012 for SF). Thereafter, interested players will be placed on the Wait List and included as space is available. The entire Wait List registration fee will be returned if we cannot place your child.

REFUND POLICY:

Requests for refunds must be received by fax or e-mail by January 2, 2011 (tba for SF program). There is a $40 per player non-refundable administrative fee for all refunds. After the program has started, only credit vouchers will be issued. You must have this voucher (hard copy, original only) to use credit; please email or call to obtain one.

PLEASE NOTE: WISL fills to capacity each year. Players will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. All signups received after the registration deadline will be automatically placed on a waiting list and included on a space-available basis.
